The driver must be at least 23 years of age and either hold a driving licence issued by a European Union country or an International Driving Permit. The International Driving Permit must be accompanied by the driving licence of the country of the driver of the car.If the driver is under 23 years of age, please contact our office so that possible arrangements can be made to accommodate the driver’s request to hire a car, but additional insurance cover charges will be borne by the driver. The office must be notified at least 5 days in advance to obtain the necessary insurance coverage from our insurance company.

The driver will be asked for his/her driving licence, credit card and passport or ID card,
when the car is picked up. All of the above must show the driver’s name. The driver’s licence of the hired car must be issued at least one year before the date of hire.

INSURANCE: 1) Third Party Coverage (included in the price). All car drivers authorized by the Company are insured against third party liability for death, bodily injury and property damage, including passengers.
in the Company’s vehicle (except the driver of the Company’s vehicle). The above coverages are subject to the general terms of the Company’s contract with its insurer as stated in the insurance policy of each car.

Theft of personal belongings on or in the Company’s vehicle is not covered.
2) Composite cover (CDW), Whole or part theft cover & Theft of Theft & Theft of Theft by Deeds cover (included in the price) :
In the event of damage to the Company’s vehicle the hirer is covered for the cost of repair. Further the hirer is fully liable for any other damage not covered by the insurance policy, unless the hirer has accepted the additional insurance cover. However, the Lessee’s liability for damage to the rental vehicle has been limited to the amount of liability for damage (e.g. CDW (Collisiondamagewaiver)/deductible-damage-amount) up to €500 for categories A and B, irrespective of the Lessee’s fault. In the event that a second vehicle is involved in the accident, the Lessee is obliged to call first the Company’s office for information about the incident and then the roadside assistance indicated by the Company, as well as the traffic police for recording the incident and photographing the vehicle. An accident management fee of 25.00 EUR will be charged to the driver and is non-refundable as it applies regardless of who is at fault. The Hirer agrees to co-operate and assist the Company’s insurers in any investigations involving any action against a third party. The liability amount includes repair, storage and loss of use of car. When and if the Company is compensated for the damage, then it will reimburse the corresponding amount to the Lessee. The CDW will be cancelled if damage is caused by: an unauthorised driver, anyone using a vehicle without the correct licence or anyone under 23 years of age (unless special cover is paid by the driver to the Company for under 23), use of the vehicle for hire or reward, use of the vehicle for any unlawful purpose or deliberately causing injury, loss of or damage to property or person, use of the vehicle for racing, testing or driving instruction, use of the vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drugs, overloading the vehicle with passengers or overloading the vehicle in excess of the maximum legal weight. Cancellations / Exemptions: Use of the vehicle is prohibited for violation of the provisions of the Greek Road Traffic Code and for purposes contrary to Greek laws. It does not cover: damage caused by intent or negligence, by using the wrong fuel, by breach of contract, as well as damage to the underside, roof, antenna, mirrors, interior seats and/or interior accessories of the rented car and the car’s tires. Theft of all or part of the car caused by the renter’s negligence (e.g. leaving the key in the engine or inside the car, or leaving the car unlocked) is not covered.3) Super Zero Excess Waiver: this cover zeroes the liability amounts for damage (zero excess waiver) for categories A & B. Cost per day: 15,00 € for categories A & B. No charge for the Lessee. In the event of damage or theft of a car, an accident management fee of 25,00 EUR will be charged to the driver and is non-refundable, as it applies regardless of the party at fault. Note:The liability for damage to the lessee for incidents related to damage caused by intent or negligence, by use of incorrect fuel, by breach of contract as well as damage to the underside, roof, antenna, mirrors, interior seats and/or interior accessories of the rented car and tyres of the car will still apply.A prerequisite is the completion and signature of the accident declaration by the renter in case of damage to the car. In the event that a second vehicle is involved in the accident, the Renter is obliged to call first the Company’s office for information about the incident and then the roadside assistance indicated by the Company, as well as the traffic police, to record the incident and photograph the vehicle.
Cancellations / Exceptions: The use of the vehicle is prohibited for violation of the provisions of the Greek Road Traffic Code and for purposes contrary to Greek laws. 

The charge for the use of the car by additional drivers is 5,00€ per day, per lease contract, per driver.

The minimum reservation that can be made is for 2 days.

The customer is obliged to return the car with the same amount of fuel that he received, otherwise he will be charged with the cost of the “Fuel Service” which amounts to 10,00€ per rental contract (plus the cost of fuel consumed). If the customer returns the car with more fuel, the Company is not obliged to refund the amount corresponding to the difference in fuel.

PERMITTED KILOMETERS: 3.000 km per month (30 days). Charge per extra km: 0,10 EUR VAT included for all car groups

A credit/debit card or a cash deposit is required for each car rental.
The renter must present a personal credit/debit card to pick up the car.
The cards accepted are. For all categories (A & B) the hirer must present a credit/debit card accepted by the Company to cover the deposit and payment of the rental cost (for non-prepaid bookings).

How can I pay?
Payment of the rental can be made in cash, by debit or credit card in the name of the driver or one of the passengers. (Visa, Master CardorAmericanExpress).

How is payment made?
The rental is paid at the beginning of the rental, at the pick-up of the car. Upon return of the car, any additional services and charges that may arise during the rental period and after the final inspection of the car for damage are paid.
In case of online booking, the customer will pay the amount corresponding to one day of rental plus VAT. And the remaining amount will be paid at the shop on the date of pick up of the car.

Changes in booking :
You can modify your reservation (only the dates, times and pick-up point can be changed) by sending an email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to ensure availability for the time and place of the reservation.

Cancellations:
We only charge you a thirty percent (30%) deposit for your vehicle booking. The cancellation policy therefore only applies to the deposit.
The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start of the rental of the vehicle in accordance with a reservation made on this booking engine. If you wish to cancel a reservation, the only acceptable method is via email to [email protected]
– In the event of a no-show on the day of the booking, 1 hour’s grace period is allowed for the booking to be booked.
– If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise (less than 48 hours), we only charge you the amount of your initial deposit (100% of your deposit). No refund will be given for «No-show» or for early returns.

*Note: a «No-show» consists of the following:

1. You didn’t provide the proper documents (i.e., driver’s license and/or Passport/ID card)
2. You didn’t pick-up car on specific date/time.
3. You didn’t contact us about cancellation prior to pick-up date.

Available by reservation only and with a charge of 7,50€ per day.

Car rentals outside working hours can be arranged upon request when booking and the
charge is 20,00€.

Yes, the pick-up/return of the car at a station or point other than the one specified in the Company’s rental contract is charged 10,00€ within the city limits and 25,00€ outside the city.

Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles. We will charge an extra cleaning fee if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove any evidence of smoking.
