Cancelation & Refund policy


Changes in booking :
You can modify your reservation (only the dates, times and pick-up point can be changed) by sending an email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to ensure availability for the time and place of the reservation.

We only charge you a thirty percent (30%) deposit for your vehicle booking. The cancellation policy therefore only applies to the deposit.
The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start of the rental of the vehicle in accordance with a reservation made on this booking engine. If you wish to cancel a reservation, the only acceptable method is via email to [email protected]
– In the event of a no-show on the day of the booking, 1 hour’s grace period is allowed for the booking to be booked.
– If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise (less than 48 hours), we only charge you the amount of your initial deposit (100% of your deposit). No refund will be given for «No-show» or for early returns.


*Note: a «No-show» consists of the following:

  1. You didn’t provide the proper documents (i.e., driver’s license and/or Passport/ID card)
  2. You didn’t pick-up car on specific date/time.
  3. You didn’t contact us about cancellation prior to pick-up date.
